CHANGES AND/OR RETURNS

Types and delivery time

If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days after the receipt of your order to ex-change it for another or request its return. You can make your return by mail to the following address:

If you simply want to return a product you must follow these steps:

• Contact us through ses-collection@sesderma.com.

• Inform us of the reason for the return, for instance:

• Defective or damaged product in transit. SES by Sesderma will send you a new product once we receive the defective product in our warehouse. If you prefer a refund of your purchase, it will correspond to the amount paid at the time of purchase, since it may differ sometimes from the product price. The refund deposit will be made using the same method of payment as the original payment of your online purchase.

• Wrong product. If at any time we make a mistake and send you a wrong product, let us know and we will send you the correct product as soon as possible, letting you know beforehand on which day you will receive it. Of course, any costs incurred will be at our cost.

• Other unjustified reasons. SES by Sesderma also allows for this type of return but we will need that the product be in its original state, unopened or used and to keep its packaging, as stipulated by the existing law.

• Our Customer Care team is available to you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Other Information of Interest:

It is essential that you indicate the products you want to return or exchange on the delivery note and to include it in your package. If you can't find it, access the My orders section under the My account section, select your order and print it. If you are not registered, access the Orders section and enter your email address and your order number. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.

Once we receive your package, we will verify the status of the articles and will change or re-fund the returned products. In these cases, shipping and return expenses will not be credited. Note that SES by Sesderma does not accept unpaid postage returns or c.o.d., cash on delivery. The deadline for the reimbursement can range between 3 and 20 working days from the moment we receive your return delivery at our warehouse. In the event that the product you requested is not available, we will refund the amount of the proceeds.

Refund in case of payment by transfer

Have you made the payment by bank transfer? In that case, we will need your bank details to make the refund. To do so, you must get in touch with the Customer Service of SES by Sesderma.

Right to withdrawal

According to the Conditions of Distance Sale, customers in the European Union have 7 working days from the date of receipt of your order, to exercise your right to cancelling your purchase in SES by Sesderma.
